Charlie St. Cloud is an upcoming movie adaptation of Ben Sherwood 2004 novel “The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud“. The fantasy romance film is directed by Burr Steers and produced by Marc Platt and Ben. The movie is scheduled to be released on July 30, 2010.

Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron) comes through a railroad car accident that takes the sprightliness of his younger brother, Surface to air missile. Before the accident, Charlie created a promise to Surface to air missile to practise baseball game with him every day until he went forth for college. After the funeral, Charlie is able to reckon the disembodied spirit of his brother, who reminds him of the hope.
Charlie forgathers a miss, Tess, and modernists a kinship with her. As he grows closer to Tess, Charlie gains that he is growing further forth from his brother. Charlie is snapped between honoring his promise and traveling ahead with his new found lovemaking.
