The MTV Movie Awards 2011 will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 8PM live from the Universal City, California, USA. The awarding ceremony will be hosted by Jason Sudeikis.

MTV Movie Awards 2011 nominees was announced last May 3 where The Twilight Saga: Eclipse leads the nominations with eight votes followed by Inception with seven including the Best Movie. This year ceremony has 12 categories which includes Best Line from a Movie, WTF Moment was changed to Best Jaw-Dropping Moment and Global Superstar Category was stripped after last year show.
The performers for night show are Lupe Fiasco featuring Trey Songz — “Out Of My Head / The Show Goes On” and Foo Fighters — “Walk”.
